Terms of Service

TAP-ONE is a software platform that enables businesses to collect customer feedback and Google reviews using branded QR codes, AI-assisted review drafting, analytics, and business management tools.

To create a business account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Register using accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• All activity occurring under your account.
• Protecting your password.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access.
• Ensuring your information remains accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

TAP-ONE currently provides features including:

• Smart Google Review QR Codes
• QR customisation
• AI-generated review suggestions
• Review analytics
• Dashboard reporting
• AI settings
• Business profile management
• Private customer feedback (where available)
• Subscription management

We may add, improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial, starting from account/business creation.

No payment method or credit card is required to start or use the free trial.

The trial may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our Pricing page.

We may introduce new plans, modify existing plans, or discontinue plans from time to time.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Razorpay to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

Prices:

• Are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• May change with reasonable prior notice

Invoices and payment confirmations are issued electronically.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may disable auto-renewal through your account dashboard at any time.

Cancelling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current subscription period.

Except where required by applicable law:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Partial billing periods are not refunded.
• Downgrades or cancellations do not generate partial refunds.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Use TAP-ONE for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Services.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Scrape or automate access without written permission.
• Share your account with unauthorised users.
• Resell the Services without our approval.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

TAP-ONE helps businesses streamline the review process by:

• Allowing customers to rate their experience.
• Generating an optional AI-assisted review draft.
• Copying that draft to the customer's clipboard.
• Redirecting customers to the business's Google Review page.

Customers decide whether to edit, paste, submit, or discard any suggested review.

Businesses remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of TAP-ONE complies with Google's policies and all applicable laws.

We do not guarantee that Google will publish, retain, or display any review.

Our Services may use artificial intelligence to assist with generating review suggestions.

AI-generated content:

• Is intended only as a writing aid.
• May contain inaccuracies.
• May not always reflect a customer's experience.
• Should always be reviewed before use.

Neither TAP-ONE nor TapWebs guarantees the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Customers remain solely responsible for any review they choose to publish.

Businesses using TAP-ONE agree to:

• Operate honestly and ethically.
• Obtain any permissions required under applicable law.
• Respect customer privacy.
• Provide accurate business information.
• Comply with Google Business Profile policies.
• Ensure customer reviews represent genuine experiences.

You are solely responsible for your business practices and your interactions with customers.

The TAP-ONE platform, including its software, branding, logos, design, interface, graphics, code, documentation, and content, is owned by TapWebs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of:

• Business name
• Business logo
• Uploaded branding
• Customer feedback you collect

By using TAP-ONE, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display, and use this content solely to provide and improve the Services.

We strive to keep TAP-ONE available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Security improvements
• Internet failures
• Third-party outages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Subscription payments remain unpaid.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• You violate these Terms.
• Your use threatens platform security.
• We are legally required to do so.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension.

Following termination:

• Access to paid features will end.
• QR codes may stop functioning.
• Data may be retained for approximately 30 days before deletion, unless longer retention is required by law.

Your use of TAP-ONE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

Our Services integrate with third-party providers including, but not limited to:

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapWebs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Increased Google rankings
• Increased review volume
• Business growth
• Improved customer ratings

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TapWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TapWebs, its partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

TapWebs shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labour disputes, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify registered users by email or through the dashboard.

Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TapWebs regarding your use of the Services.
